Grace Lim, NP
I have a passion for working together with patients to make healthy changes to their lives. My primary areas of interest include adult’s and women’s health. I believe in a holistic approach to health care of my patients, and respect their own health beliefs and cultures. I try to include patients as a part of the care team for individualized management plans.
Biography
Outside of the work, I am a mother of three lovely kids: one girl, one boy, and my husband. We, as a family, enjoy outdoor activities such as biking and hiking. I am bilingual in English and Korean.
