I practice in the philosophy that physical health in connected to emotional, spiritual, and family well-being. I am a proponent for healthy life choices and exercise. My father had dementia; hence I have a personal and special interest in this area.

When not working, I love reading, baking, watching NCAA March Madness, and agonizing over Notre Dame football.
