Broadway Medical Clinic Renovation

Broadway has been a trusted member of the NE Portland community since 1937. After more than 80 years of serving Hollywood district patients and families, we’re expanding our clinic to better serve you.

The renovated Broadway Medical Clinic will offer redesigned entrances, improved parking, expanded reception, additional and upgraded clinical spaces, and a community art wall.

Our goal is to ensure this renovation causes as little disruption as possible. Here’s what you should know before your next visit to Broadway:

UPDATE 10.4.2019

Currently, work is being conducted on the 2nd floor of pediatrics between the business office and up the ramp area. This will continue all week as old flooring is replaced. The following week, this will move into the pediatric scheduling area. This work will occur in the evenings.

The SW entrance canopy is scheduled for demolition on Tuesday the 8th followed by the stairs tentatively around the 11th of October. This will consist of jackhammers being used.

In the basement area there will be framing taking place, fire sprinkler installation and electrical work.

Mostly, this entails the storm line install, plumbing inspection, back filling the trenches, and the temporary egress safety exit completion.

As demolition moves to the interior of the building, the noise of jackhammers and concrete will get intense. We will do our best to communicate with you about the noise. Thank you for being understanding.

We are here to help! It is our goal to keep you as informed as possible throughout construction and answer any questions that you may have.
