To refill your prescription, contact your pharmacy first. Please allow for a three (3) business day turn-around time between contacting your pharmacy and your prescription being ready for pick up. If we have not seen you in the office for six (6) months or longer you may need to schedule an appointment with your primary care provider before the refill can be renewed.
Broadway Medical Clinic does not refill narcotic medications after normal business hours, on weekends or holidays. If you have a pain management agreement in place with your primary care provider all refills must be approved by that provider regardless if the refill need occurs during normal business hours.
