Beginning September 27, 2021, enjoy a more convenient method to communicate with our healthcare team and enroll in our new Patient Portal. Patients and families can send us health related questions, view lab results or send photos or document attachments. We are excited to offer this new simplified way to connect.
Send us electronic appointment, medication refill or referral requests at your convenience. At Broadway Medical Clinic we continually strive to ensure our patients and families experience greater access to care when they need it.
Starting September 27th you can enroll with these simple steps…
- Have a valid email address on file with Broadway Medical Clinic (if you are currently enrolled with our old portal, we already have this).
- You will receive an email invitation from us (current NextMD members will automatically get an invite to re-enroll once you request an appointment by calling the clinic or a medication refill is processed).
- Create a username and password, and follow onscreen prompts to activate your account.
Note to Current Portal Members: If you are currently enrolled in the old Patient Portal, you will need to register for the new Patient Portal. The old Patient Portal will be shut down September 25th.
