Tracy Hansen
It is important for patients to feel comfortable with their healthcare providers. Therefore it is my goal to make the clinic a friendly, welcoming environment for all. I always strive to take a non-judgmental approach when working with my patients–starting with where they are and finding ways to move them towards better health.
I’m a strong believer in practicing evidence-based medicine. There are many scientifically proven treatments, screenings, and prevention strategies that I recommend; that being said, there is much about medicine that is not proven, or the best treatment is not yet known. In these instances, I enjoy thinking outside the box and coming up with the best strategy for each patient. The mind-body connection is an important factor and I take all aspects of a person into account in the process of diagnosis and management of disease.

I have a special interest in women's health, LGBTQ health, as well as prevention and treatment of chronic illnesses.
Outside of Medicine, I enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible, hiking, biking, camping, and exploring. I love to travel and learn new things. I grew up in Oregon and made it a priority to return here to live and study medicine after 6 years serving in the Army which allowed me to see the world.
