At this time, most callers will not meet the testing criteria. If you are not at high-risk, we will work with you to develop the most appropriate plan for care. We may recommend home care and correspondence with the Broadway team by phone or Patient Portal.

For patients who prefer to access health care from the comfort of their own home, Broadway now offers video-based telehealth appointments.
This is a convenient option for anyone with an internet-connected device (with camera and microphone).
Virtual appointments are best for patients in need of chronic care support, medication checks, or care for a minor injury or illness.

We want to ensure patients without flu or Coronavirus-like (COVID-19) symptoms, and who have not been exposed to COVID-19, feel safe and comfortable visiting Broadway Medical Clinic.
Not only are we keeping symptomatic patients outside of our clinic space, but we’re also meticulously cleaning all common and exam areas. Surfaces are disinfected continuously according to standards set by the Oregon Health Authority and CDC.
